Success Building Candidate Assessment

We are excited to introduce the Success Building Candidate Assessment (SBCA) geared for your industry. In the past you have relied on a personality type test, drug test, driving record and background checks to accumulate facts when considering a future employee. If the candidate looked good, sounded good, and said what you wanted to hear, then your final decision was largely based on feeling. With the high cost of a bad hire, the Success Building Candidate Assessment could be just what your business needs.

The Success Building Candidate Assessment can answer many questions that cannot be provided by a "feel" interview or a "personality" type profile test, such as:

Identify Candidate Behavioral Patterns

The Profile will also measure their behavioral patterns in five different categories.

1. We will identify their baseline characteristics and behavioral tendencies.
2. We will measure their ability to read and interact with people, their sales drive, level of confidence, persistence, and their quickness to learn and assimilate.
3. It will measure their manageability, sociability, and team orientation.
4. We will isolate their emotional control, rejection levels and tendencies for negativity.
5. You will receive an observation which is performed by a trained facilitator. This will give you a snapshot of who he is, how he thinks, and how and why he reacts. We will also give you recommendations on how to manage the candidate to yield the best results.
